Conversational AI and the Humanities: how language models work and feedback

he emergence of language models (LLMs) is revolutionizing the way companies and local authorities manage their interactions with users. In this talk, we will explore the technological advances behind conversational AI and its concrete applications, particularly in the fields of IT support and citizen assistance. Drawing on the experience of Wikit, a Lyon-based publisher of conversational AI solutions, we will present practical use cases and show how these technologies can be transposed to enrich the Humanities.
